If you’re not having any luck getting women to contact you with your online dating profile, you are probably in desperate need of reworking your presentation. It’s no secret that the ones with all of the cards in the dating world are the chicks. This means that a babe is going to have to be impressed if she is going to shoot you that first email. What makes the perfect profile? That’s different for every dude. However, we’ve got a great template for you to follow. Remember, the profile itself needs to be around 500-600 words (that’s as long as this article).
Introduce Yourself SimplyDon’t give yourself a huge introduction. You’re no celebrity. We don’t mean to be a jerk to you, man. But it’s true. Open simply. ?My name’s Kevin and I’m a programmer for a major company in Hometown.? This sort of introduction will show her that you’re human and that you have a JOB. Jobs are important when it comes to dating. No chick wants to date a bum who can’t pay for dinner. ?When it comes to dating I’m looking for a lady who likes [insert your interest here]? Keep this to your major interests. Biking, Cars, Tolkien Re-enactments, or whatever. Now you’ve told a chick you can afford to date her and what to expect with your dates and you’ve done it in two lines.
Pictures Can Make or Break YouChicks will ignore a dude who has no pictures or a dude who has too many. A lot of guys tend to give the same stupid poses and only post pictures of themselves, alone, on a white wall background. This isn’t interesting and it gives a chick no information about you. Post pictures of you hanging out with your friends and caption it ?with my crew at [event name].? That shows her that you’re not a recluse and that you go out to events. If you’ve got a paid off car or a bike, snap a picture of it and then caption it with ?Just paid [item] off.? Again, this shows that you have financial security and that’s going to keep you in the running. Keep it to half a dozen or so pictures, and make most of them action pictures that you can quickly caption like ?helping at the food bank? or ?working on my new house.? Remember, chicks dig dudes with their shit together.
Tone is Everything
Yes, it’s true that you can’t infer tone easily from written word, but that just means that you need to be extra careful. Don’t tone things passively or negatively. Always use action words. You like doing things, you like going places. You want a woman who will enjoy things with you. Avoid making it sound like things are just happening to or around you. Remember, you’re a man on a mission and you want to make a woman interested. Also avoid anything sappy or sad. Women do like nurturing men, but they don’t want to have a child to worry about. You want to come off as a normal, happy, relaxed dude who is going to make them feel good.
